Axle PM Consulting was formed in 2021 because its founders saw that the causal link between strong project management and mature business operations was significantly underutilized, especially by start-ups and small-to-medium non-profits. Axle PM Consulting's aim is to fill that void, and with each engagement, create a firm, value-adding relationship between us and our customers to move client operations up the Capability Maturity Model.

All our project managers are operations excellence experts, PMP or Prince 2 certified, and are Agile Project Management practitioners. They embody our value-add philosophy and will define their project success measures in accordance with that paradigm.
